Yes, fully. Globna has separate pools, gyms, and fitness facilities for men and women. This is not a token separation: each gender has its own dedicated spaces with no shared access. Crystal Bay designed the building around this from the ground up, which is uncommon in Dubai at this price point and makes Globna one of the few off-plan projects where the shariah-conscious design is structural rather than cosmetic.

Studios: 342 to 441 sq ft from AED 550,000. One-bedrooms: 611 to 658 sq ft from AED 830,000. Two-bedrooms: 932 to 993 sq ft from AED 1,220,000. Three-bedrooms: 1,372 sq ft from AED 1,800,000. All prices are approximate starting figures confirmed by Crystal Bay. Price per square foot across all unit types runs approximately AED 1,300 to AED 1,350.

The standard plan is 20% on booking, 20% during construction, and 60% on handover. Crystal Bay also launched a pre-handover offer allowing up to 50 months of post-handover payments for eligible buyers. Availability of the post-handover plan depends on the current sales stage. Units purchased at AED 2,000,000 or above qualify buyers and their families for the 10-year UAE Golden Visa. At Globna, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units may reach or exceed that threshold depending on the final agreed price. Studios and one-bedrooms are below the qualifying level at entry pricing. The standard deposit for an off-plan purchase in Dubai is 20% of the purchase price. On this project, that works out to around AED 110,000 on a studio entry price of AED 550,000.
